Visual identity, animation & promotional material for the MathStem project: Teaching mathematics in STEM context for STEM students, coordinated by the University of Zagreb. Design for STEM subjects is often very mundane and unimaginative, so we decided to take on a different approach and dig deeper into the subject. A coordinate system is a space where mathematics becomes visible. Inspired by beautiful mathematical objects, we made an animated geometric surface called a Möbius strip to make mathematics visible to everyone. The complex shape is designed in a simplistic way and made into a seamless animation which gives it a dynamic and memorable appearance.
